This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GadunSlot ("Platform", "We", "Company"). Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet that registered under the same name with your GadunSlot account. GadunSlot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Suspicious withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of the identity verification process.
The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 20,000. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members enjoy higher withdrawal limits depending on their respective membership tier.

- The welcome bonus may only be claimed one time only per new player. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances expressly specified in the relevant game rules.

Sports Betting at GadunSlot covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas & Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup), and a wide range of other sports. The following additional rules apply to all sports bets:
- The displayed odds are the odds at the time the bet is confirmed. GadunSlot is not responsible for any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed.
- In-play (live betting) markets may be closed or temporarily suspended if a match incident requires odds reassessment — including red cards, injuries to key players, or VAR decisions.
- If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all bets associated with that match will be voided and stakes returned.
- Feature early cashout allowing you to withdraw your bet before the match concludes. The cashout value offered is at GadunSlot's sole discretion based on current match conditions and is final.
- Accumulator/parlay bets — if any single match within the combination is voided, the bet will be recalculated excluding that match.
GadunSlot takes fraud and platform abuse seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Owning or using more than one GadunSlot account.
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes.
- Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in live table games.
- Account or payment fraud — including the unauthorised use of another person's card or account details.
- Attempting to reverse or cancel a deposit that has already been credited to a GadunSlot account (chargeback).

GadunSlot reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- There is strong evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts).
- Account closure requests received from members themselves.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the GadunSlot support team via live chat. All eligible balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned within 5 business days.
GadunSlot and its parent company, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of a member's betting or gaming decisions.

GadunSlot's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the member into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
